The information in this section is intended primarily for current and accepted students. However, students who are considering applying to the International Human Rights Exchange should feel free to refer to this section for informational purposes. Please note that our policies, procedures, and program guidelines are subject to change.

Program Forms
After your acceptance to the program, you are responsible for completing the following forms and submitting them to us by the due date indicated below.
Bard Acceptance Forms
All required Bard forms are due by March 25th.
Wits Registration Form
The Wits form is due by March 25th. (Required in advance for visa process)
Health Plan Student Application
The health form is due by March 25th. (Required in advance for visa process)
Study Permit (Visa) Application & Forms All study permit forms are all due by April 25th. Other Forms
